Welcome to FightsOnTV.com (the "Site"), operated by Syntrax Studios, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

FightsOnTV.com is a free, informational service that lists when and where combat-sports events air on television and streaming. You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape, copy, republish or redistribute our schedule data or content in bulk without our written permission, and not to use the Site in any way that damages, disables or impairs it.

Schedule accuracy & "as is" basis

We work hard to keep listings accurate (see our How We Verify Listings page), but fight cards and broadcast schedules change frequently and often at short notice — bouts are rebooked, fighters withdraw, and start times shift when an undercard runs long or short. Dates, start times, channels, streaming assignments and pay-per-view prices are provided for general information only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Always confirm with the broadcaster or streaming service before making plans or a purchase. We are not responsible for events that are rescheduled, moved to a different platform, or cancelled.

Third-party links & services

The Site links to third-party broadcasters and streaming platforms so you can watch fights. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their content, availability, pricing, or their terms and privacy practices. A subscription or a pay-per-view purchase may be required to watch, and that transaction is solely between you and the provider.

Intellectual property

The FightsOnTV.com name, layout, original text and design are the property of Syntrax Studios, LLC. Promotion, sanctioning-body and broadcaster names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site for informational identification only; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntrax Studios, LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked service, including any reliance on a listing or price that later proved inaccurate.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the "Last updated" date revised above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
